It is positioned on the banks of river Yamuna. Barkot is the last big town near Yamunotri Dham. The distance is 180 KM approx 6 Hours. While driving you will come across the capital city of Uttrakhand Dehradun and The Queen of the Hills Mussoorie En-route if you wish to take a photo of Kempty Fall and enjoy the beauty of Himalayas and later drive to Barkot for the night.Overnight at Barkot.
Morning breakfast and start your drive to Jankichatti, the disctance is about 50 KM approx 1 hours drive and on arrival at Jankichatti ready for 6 KMtrek route either by walk or pony/doli (at own cost). On arrival at Yamunotri Darshan of Mata Yamuna and spend your divine time in the temple and later trek downward to Jankichatti.

On the way to Gangotri enjoy the breathtaking view of Himalayas, encounter with one of the lesser know place which is also known as camper's bay of Uttarakhand & Harsil. Covered by snow peak, dense forests, and home to beautiful flora and fauna is a perfect place for peace in the lap of Himalayas. Arrival at Gangotri and practice the darshan rituals in the Gangotri temple. After the darshan drive back to Uttarkashi.

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive for Sonprayag which is 30 KM from Guptkashi. On arrival at Sonprayag start the trek/ doli /horse to Kedarnath starts from Sonprayag which is around 16 KM. Famous for the ancient temple which is devoted to Lord Shiva. The mantra of Jai Bholenath by devotees around put energy to your devotion.
On arrival at Kedarnath check in the reserved Camps/Lodges.Overnight at Kedarnath.
This day get up very early morning and ready for the Morning Prayer. After the darshan and puja back to your lodges and take the breakfast. After breakfast trek/ doli /horse to Sonprayag. Meet the driver at Sonprayag and drive back to Guptkashi.
